The Baby Miam server and these pages are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (hostinger.com).
Distribution and subscriptions
The app may be distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Purchases and subscriptions are sold, billed, cancelled and refunded by the store used, under its terms. On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions and reportaproblem.apple.com; terms: Apple's standard licence agreement. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; refunds follow the Google Play policy.
Health information
Baby Miam provides general information based on public health guidance (FDA, CDC, ACOG, NHS, Santé publique France, ANSES). It is not a medical device: it gives no diagnosis and does not replace advice from a midwife, OB-GYN, doctor or pharmacist. AI photo analysis can make mistakes.
Personal data
See the privacy policy. To exercise your rights (access, erasure…): emileespi@orionwebdesign.fr. You can also erase all your data in the app: My profile › Delete all my data.
Intellectual property
The Baby Miam™ name, mascot, texts, visuals, videos and app code belong to Emile ESPILONDO (Orion Web Design). The ™ symbol identifies a claimed trade sign; it does not by itself claim that registration has been granted. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. Product data: Open Food Facts, under the ODbL licence.
Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, first email emileespi@orionwebdesign.fr: we reply within 2 business days.
