Baby Miam t'aide à savoir si un plat, un produit ou un plat de la carte d'un restaurant convient pendant la grossesse puis l'allaitement, d'après les recommandations officielles.
Comment fonctionne l'essai gratuit ?
Tu profites de toutes les fonctions pendant 7 jours. Sans résiliation, l'abonnement choisi (mensuel ou annuel) démarre ensuite automatiquement. Tu peux annuler à tout moment, au moins 24 h avant la fin de l'essai, sans rien payer.
Comment annuler ou changer d'abonnement ?
Sur ton iPhone : Réglages › ton nom › Abonnements › Baby Miam. Tu peux aussi passer par Baby Miam › Mon profil › Gérer mon abonnement.
J'ai changé d'iPhone : comment retrouver mon abonnement ?
Connecte-toi avec le même identifiant Apple, puis Baby Miam › Mon profil › Restaurer mes achats.
Le papa peut-il en profiter sans payer une deuxième fois ?
Oui : l'abonnement se partage avec le partage familial d'Apple. Le papa installe Baby Miam sur son iPhone et choisit « Futur papa » à l'accueil.
Comment obtenir un remboursement ?
Les achats sont gérés par Apple : fais ta demande sur reportaproblem.apple.com.
Que deviennent mes photos et mes informations ?
Ton profil, ton historique, ton journal et tes pesées restent sur ton téléphone. Seule la photo que tu choisis d'analyser est envoyée, avec ton accord, puis n'est pas conservée par notre serveur. Détails dans la politique de confidentialité.
Le résultat me semble faux, que faire ?
L'analyse d'une photo peut se tromper : touche « Ce n'est pas ce plat ? » pour préciser le plat, et écris-nous à l'adresse ci-dessous pour nous le signaler. En cas de doute ou de symptôme, demande l'avis de ta sage-femme, de ton médecin ou de ton pharmacien.

How does the free trial work?
You get every feature for 7 days. Unless you cancel, the plan you chose (monthly or yearly) then starts automatically. You can cancel at any time, at least 24 hours before the trial ends, without paying anything.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Baby Miam. You can also go to Baby Miam › My profile › Manage my subscription.
I have a new iPhone: how do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then Baby Miam › My profile › Restore purchases.
Can my partner use it without paying again?
Yes: the subscription works with Apple Family Sharing. Your partner installs Baby Miam and chooses "Dad-to-be" on the welcome screen.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my photos and information?
Your profile, history, food log and weigh-ins stay on your phone. Only the photo you choose to analyze is sent, with your consent, and our server does not keep it. See the privacy policy.
The result looks wrong. What should I do?
Photo analysis can make mistakes: tap "Not this dish?" to tell the app what it is, and email us to report it. If you have any doubt or symptom, ask your midwife, doctor or pharmacist.
